Levis Bandanas 100 Cotton Headband
My Buddy Renaissance Man say They have "100% Cotton-Made in China printed on them and it looks like they just repackaged them and slapped the Levi name ....
Not what I expected. I can get ones that are heavier at walmart, they are so thin they could double as a veil.
They have "100% Cotton-Made in China printed on them and it looks like they just repackaged them and slapped the Levi name on them.
Not impressed.
My Old Man LuckyFeather say Counterfit item. Not Levis brand.
These are counterfit. Levis puts their name on all of their products, even bandanas. These do not have the Levi name printed on them. They are just slipped into a cardboard cover that says Levis. The size is smaller than the real Levis brand name bandana. My original Levi bandana that I bought in a mall in San Diego Ca is 22.5" square after washing and is printed with the Levi name. This counterfit item is 20x20 after washing. The material is thin. Unfortunatly I washed it before I realized it would not fit my head. Really only good for a dogs neck. Very disapointed.
My Old Man Amazon Customer tell us Garbage.
Upon receipt I decided to give the bandanas a quick wash, as the fabric was a little smelly and very stiff. I washed them by hand, in cool water, with delicate detergent. The black bandana is now patchy, where the dye/ink has washed off, and the fabric is still coarse and stiff. Cheap yes, quality, absolutely not. I guess you get what you pay for. And in this case...garbage.
My Buddy Don tell us 2nd order / Still Counterfit Levis Bandanas.
This is my second purchase / second review / Still a not a boxed set as picture in ad clearly shows / came in plastic wrap only with no indication it was a Levi's product in any way / only stated on package Made in China / Should not be sold under the Levi's name. I am returning the entire order for the second time /
My Old Neighbor AnnaBanana Talk These are perfect for women too!.
These are men’s bandanas but also perfect for women too. I wish there was Levi’s logo on each bandana instead of “made in China” but I mainly use them for decorating my bags so I don’t really care about it. I purchased a red, white and blue set and each color is exactly what I expected! Especially red and navy are really nice, not cheaply bright color. The size is also very versatile so I can use them as a headband or neck bow tie as well.
The material is a little stiff but I think this is because of coatings. Maybe they are going to be a little softer after wash. But this is cotton, so remember they are not going to be super soft like viscose or polyethylene!
Overall I am so happy with my purchase and highly recommend if you look for some basic bandanas that elevate your fashion!
My Buddy Craig Champlin tell us Pretty good, but still searching....
Good sturdy cotton bandanas. I use them as handkerchiefs. They are soft-enough and sturdy enough for this. I keep one in my back pocket at all times. Been doing this for 30 years. These fit in my pocket when folded. They have held their color through three washings and did not appear to bleed onto other clothes.
My only complaint is they could be a little softer. I have some very stiff bandanas that haven't softened up in 10 years of washing. This product is much, much better than that. They are good enough but I have some softer ones. I will purchase this product again if they are available because they are the best I have found in many years of shopping for bandanas. I will also keep trying others until I find the one that is perfect.
My Old Fellow OverRover say Disappointed.
I'm in my mid 50's and I recall when a Levis bandana was an awesome accessory statement piece. Be it a neckerchief or as a hair wrap, you weren't waaaaay cool and far out groovy.....unless you owned at least one Levis bandana to rock at a football game.
I have looked high and low trying to find them and when I came across these on Amazon I was thrilled....till I got them in my hands.
I don't know if they are knock offs...but they are not the quality I am used to when I think Levis..but then the jeans aren't even the same quality any more...so maybe it is the real deal...just Levis isn't doing a quality products any more.
I'm keeping them cuz I need them for a costume......but if you plan to use them for much more then a costume....skip 'em..these won't hold up to being used/washed/dryed...etc.
My Buddy M. said Happy customer..
I bought these to keep the sweat out of my eyes during workouts. They do the job and then some. Maybe it's just me, but from the get go I knew I'd have to bleed wash these first before even using them. If you buy these I suggest you do the same. Run them through some water first and squeeze out the color that bleeds out. Then run them through an individual wash cycle and then you're good to wash these with the rest of your clothes.
My Fellow lzm said Not Square Just Buy the Cheapies don't pay for the Levi's Name!!.
Not at all what I expected from Levi's! I bought 2 packages of these to use as hankies and out of 6 only 2 were square and printed as I had expected. They aren't anywhere near square and can't be folded as such. I read the reviews on the cheap ones and it said the same thing...not square that is why I went with the Levis...thinking that they would have higher standard and quality....wrong on these anyway! Next time I will go to the farm store and hand pick them so I know they are square and can be folded neatly to fit into my hubby's pocket.
My Old Neighbor Jo-Jo '77 said Fine.
I paid two bucks for these, which is fine. They are a little thin and surprisingly similar to the bandana I purchased for a buck at the dollar store. There is nothing "Levi's" about these besides the packaging and price (usually selling for about $5). Oh, and the huge MADE IN CHINA stamp on the bandana, which is indicative of the current state of Levi's these days. If you can get for $2, then yes, I recommend. Otherwise, I would suggest a Carolina bandana for a couple bucks (all of mine = made in USA) or a trip to the dollar store.
Peace
